Barbecued Lemon Chicken
 
 

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garliced, pressed

Salt and pepper to taste

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

In a zipper-topped plastic bac, place everything but the chicken and mush around.  Now add the chicken and, again, mush around to coat completely.  Place bag in the fridge for up to an hour. 

Preheat outside grill to about medium-high heat.  Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes or so per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
